Registration takes place in the CSSB foyer. Welcome remarks begin at 09:00.

Information for presenters
Poster presenters
- Your assigned poster number is shown in the poster list. The same numbering is used for poster abstracts included in the abstract book.
- A printed poster list will also be displayed near the registration desk.
- Please place your poster on the board with the corresponding number before the poster session.
- Please collect your poster by the end of the conference on Wednesday, September 9, as we are unable to store posters left behind.
Oral presenters
- You should have received a personal link for uploading your presentation.
- Please visit the IT desk before your session, ideally during the preceding break.
- Check that your presentation opens and displays correctly before your talk.
- If you have not received your upload link, please contact the organising team.
During your visit

Photography
Photographs will be taken during the event. If you do not wish to appear, email vision.symposium.2026@cssb-hamburg.de before the event or tell us at registration.
