Participants who do not wish to present a talk or poster may apply for attendance by submitting a motivation letter after filling out the registration form.
The motivation letter deadline is July 19th.
The letter (maximum 300 words) should briefly include:
- Your name, affiliation, and current position
- Your research interests
- Your reason for attending the conference
- How participation will benefit your work or career
Motivation letters will be evaluated based on relevance to the conference topics, clarity of motivation, and potential for active engagement.
Please note that priority will be given to participants who submit abstracts.
